All Makes & Models Welcome — One Standard of Precision for Every Car

Whether it's a Toyota Corolla, a Mazda CX-5, or a BMW 3 Series on the hoist, it gets the same diagnostic process, the same qualified attention, and the same straight answers.

German-Trained Standards, Applied to Every Brand

Robb's Automotive built its reputation on European diagnostic precision — the kind of fault-finding accuracy that German-engineered vehicles demand, where a guess isn't good enough and the wrong part costs real money. Rather than keeping that standard for BMWs and Audis only, it's the standard applied to every vehicle that comes through the workshop.

That matters because most everyday cars — Toyotas, Mazdas, Hyundais, Fords, Subarus — are just as computer-managed and just as diagnosis-dependent as anything wearing a German badge. Treating a Corolla with the same rigour as a Golf isn't overkill. It's just doing the job properly.

Independent Servicing Won't Void Your Warranty

This is one of the most common questions from drivers with a newer car: *if I don't service at the dealer, do I lose my warranty?*

Under Australian Consumer Law, the answer is no. A dealer cannot require you to service exclusively with them to keep your manufacturer's warranty valid. What actually protects your warranty is the service itself meeting three conditions — and it's exactly how every service at Robb's Automotive is carried out:

Warranty Protection Requirements

  • **A qualified technician** does the work, not an unqualified operator
  • **Suitable, quality parts** are used, matching manufacturer specification — they don't need to be original dealer parts
  • **The manufacturer's service schedule** is followed, with the logbook properly stamped and signed at every visit

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Even logbooks that say "authorised dealer only" don't override this — an independent workshop can legally stamp that page once the service is completed to standard. If a dealer has ever told you otherwise, that claim doesn't hold up under Australian Consumer Law.

What You Can Expect

  • Genuine cross-brand experience, not a "we'll try" approach
  • Manufacturer-spec logbook servicing that keeps your warranty intact
  • The same diagnostic rigour regardless of what badge is on the bonnet
  • A written, itemised quote before any work begins
